As each portrait is made to order and fully customized to meet your specifications, we regret to inform you that we do not offer refunds on completed orders. Once your custom portrait has been finalized and production begins, cancellations or changes are no longer possible.

Order Cancellation:

Cancellations are only possible within 24 hours of placing the order. After that time, the order will be processed, and we will be unable to cancel or modify it.

Damaged or Incorrect Items:

If your portrait or product arrives damaged or incorrect due to our error, please contact us immediately for assistance. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.
